In this part one of two, Dan, Patrick, and Jaime reconvene to discuss the theatrical cut of Blade Runner, the controversy surrounding its narration, and the effect the initial release of the film had on its audience in 1982. This episode is a bit of a return to form for the show. We hope you enjoy.

Hey guys thank you for a dynamic episode, and thank you for taking time to do this in two parts. Even though I prefer Final Cut, especially on 4k with the most vibrant colors and clarity, I have started watching this film in sequence of 3 starting with Workprint (Paul Sammon Commentary is amazing). I follow that with the Deleted scenes, then I transition to International Theatrical cut for added detail of certain scenes. Finally I finish with Final Cut. Only then do I feel I have gathered all the available details to have a satisfied feel for the adhd in me. As much as I love 2049 please keep this 2019 momentum, they are by far my favorite of your episodes. Take care my friends, thank you for letting me know I'm not alone in making a film an active and relevant part of an unfolding life.
